Kerastase Sent My Order to a Pickup Point – Product Security Concerns

Kerastase shipped my order via Trendyol Express, but instead of delivering it to my address, they left it at a pickup point. This completely undermines the security of the product! How can I be sure that the contents haven’t been tampered with? I paid for a premium product and expected a reliable, direct delivery—not to have my order sitting somewhere unsecured. This situation has raised serious doubts about the authenticity and safety of what I received. I demand that Kerastase take responsibility and ensure proper handling of their shipments. Customers deserve secure deliveries, especially for high-end products. I expect immediate action to address this issue and prevent it from happening again!
