Kerastase Anti-Grease Shampoo Made My Daughter’s Hair Even Oilier

I bought a Kerastase anti-grease shampoo expecting it to help with my daughter’s oily hair, but it made things so much worse! Instead of reducing oil, it made her hair even greasier, completely defeating the purpose. I wasted my money on a so-called premium product that performed worse than cheaper drugstore shampoos. Frustrated, I decided to try it myself, only to find that it left my hair stiff, dull, and lifeless. This is unacceptable for a high-end brand! I will never buy Kerastase again and will make sure to warn everyone I know. If the company stands by its products, they should address this issue and refund dissatisfied customers.
