Product Defects Cause Kenwood BLM45720SS Blender to Fail

I want to complain about the Kenwood BLM45.720SS 1000 Watt Blender - Stainless Steel product. These products are completely messed up because of manufacturing issues. The plastic parts underneath the glass jug are always broken when they arrive from the service. They gave us a new product that was still in its packaging, but it was also broken. We took it back to the service, and they sent the product to the Kenwood service center. We've been trying to get our product back from Kenwood for a whole year, but it still doesn't work properly. The customer service at Kenwood keeps telling us that they've noted our problem and will get back to us, but we're unable to pick up our product from Kenwood Central Service. Kenwood has officially taken our product. They're not fixing the problem, and it doesn't seem like they're going to give it back. I'm telling you, this will be the last Kenwood product I'll ever purchase.
