Kenwood 4110S Dough Mixer Stuck in Warranty Limbo for 6 Months!
After only a few uses, the Kenwood 4110S dough mixer stopped working, turning the once-exciting purchase into a living nightmare. On October 9th, I sent it in for warranty service in hopes of finding a solution. I was given a 20-business day repair timeframe by the service center, but the issue is still not resolved, even though that period has passed.
The essential component is stuck in customs, and the arrival date is uncertain; this is the same aggravating response that comes out of every customer service call. It is equally unclear when my replacement request will be addressed, even though I have asserted my legal right to one. I bought this machine with all my heart and soul, but now, after six months, I still can't get it to work. Kindly proceed with the replacement, reset the warranty, and maintain the high quality of your brand even after the purchase!
I want the exchange, which is my legal right, to be made. I have been waiting for months. Comply with the laws and facilitate the exchange. Why are you not accepting my request for an exchange?
