Kenwood has been a complete disappointment. My dough mixer, which I hardly used, broke down, and for the past 6 months, the service center has claimed that the necessary part isn’t available. Every time I contact customer service, they say they will get back to me, but they never do. I strongly advise against purchasing from Kenwood to avoid this kind of frustration. A product shouldn’t take half a year to repair, and the lack of communication makes the experience even worse. Please don’t make the same mistake I did, as this has been a terrible experience.
