I bought the Kenwood Chef XL KVL4100S kitchen mixer from the Media Markt website. When I got the product delivered, the packaging looked fine. But when I finally opened the box a few months later, I found out that the plastic cover, which is supposed to stop dough from splattering while mixing, was broken.
I expected Media Markt to not be very helpful, so I decided to reach out directly to Kenwood Turkey. I asked them if they could send me a replacement for the simple cover, which costs almost half of the total price of the product. Unfortunately, they said they don't do that. I'm really upset about the way the cover broke on my Kenwood product. It seems like such a simple thing, but the production and packaging must have been really bad. I'm disappointed that Kenwood won't replace the cover, especially considering how expensive the product is. The cover is probably only worth around ₺30, but the product itself costs ₺11,000. Kenwood doesn't meet our expectations.
