Kenwood Chef XL Titanium Oil Leaking Issue

I dropped off two Kenwood Air Fryer XXL fryers and one 8320 Chef XL Titanium Kitchen Chef, all Kenwood branded, at the authorized service center because they were not working properly. The fryers were sticking in the frying basins, and the Kitchen Chef had a problem with oil leaking. Even though a whole month has gone by, Kenwood's main office still hasn't sent the replacement parts to the authorized service center. This is causing a delay in getting my products repaired. When I talked to Kenwood headquarters on the phone about the issue, they didn't give me a clear date for when they'll send the parts to the authorized service. They keep delaying it. According to the Consumer Protection Law (Law number 6502), if a product under warranty takes more than 20 days to repair, consumers can ask for a new replacement product. So, I want my products replaced with new ones to fix the ongoing inconvenience I'm facing.
