Tefal Super UNO Fryer Malfunctions Several Times

I bought two Tefal Super UNO Fryers in September 2022. Both fryers started leaking internally within only six months, and the leaks occurred just 30 days apart. It took almost 50 days to replace the first fryer because some parts were missing, causing the delay. After I replaced it, it worked fine.
Afterwards, the second fryer had the same problem with leaking. They sent it to a company called Ebru Teknik, saying they fixed it. But, after 1 or 2 months of running, the same issue happened again. They said they fixed it again, and it worked for about 40 days before the same problem came back. So, when we reached out to them today, they mentioned that they could fix it even though the warranty doesn't cover it. However, they did mention that there would be a service fee of 1,300 TL.
If you have a problem with a Tefal product within a year, their customer service representatives will just pass on what the service department says, avoiding taking responsibility. I'm going to use all my rights and let Tefal management know that I'm disappointed with their indifference.
