Tefal Iron Repair Delay Issue
I bought a Tefal iron that began to leak water and lose heat after it initially heated up. To resolve the issue, the recommended course of action was to disconnect and reconnect the device, which would restore its ability to generate heat. Upon taking the iron to the authorized service center, they promptly notified me of a faulty main circuit board that required replacement. However, even though I gave them the iron, I've been waiting for the faulty part to arrive for 3 weeks now. They are adamant about me continuing to wait for the spare part instead of granting my request for a new iron. They claim that there is a legal repair period of 20 days.
