Kaspersky Plus Subscription Not Activated, Still Showing Free Status Despite Purchase

I recently purchased Kaspersky Plus after my Kaspersky Premium expired. Although I received a confirmation that the subscription was added to my account, it’s still showing as a Free version. No activation code was provided, and when I checked my account, it says that a code isn’t needed anymore. I’ve already emailed support, but nothing has been resolved. It’s been several days, and I still can’t use the product I paid for. I need immediate assistance to activate my subscription or receive a full refund.
