Kaspersky Plus Limited My VPN to 300 MB Despite Promising Unlimited Access

Under the insurance I purchased from Türkiye Sigorta, I was provided with Kaspersky Antivirus, but I am unable to use its VPN feature. The insurance representative had assured me that I would have access to the highest version of the antivirus program. While it may not be the top version, I am using the Plus version, yet the VPN is limited to a laughable 300 MB per day, which gets used up as soon as I open a site. I reached out to Kaspersky twice, but received no response. Their website clearly states that the Plus version includes unlimited VPN usage. Even when I try to log in to my Kaspersky account through the antivirus application, it gives an error and blocks access. I regret uninstalling Avast, which I had to remove due to a driver updater issue. Now, I miss it. Please help.
