Gamermarkt League of Legends Account Was Reclaimed by the Seller

On October 30, 2024, at around 6:09 PM, I purchased a League of Legends account through Gamermarkt for 2,179.25 TL ($44). The account was last played on October 31, 2024. On December 10, 2024, the account was reclaimed by its previous owner, and I completely lost access to it.

After this happened, I contacted Gamermarkt's support team repeatedly. As shown in the screenshot I submitted, the representatives told me each time that the process was still ongoing. However, despite the passage of approximately three years, they have provided no concrete solution. They have neither recovered the account nor refunded the money I paid. During this time, the value of my money has significantly declined, and I have continuously been kept waiting without a resolution.

I believe Gamermarkt failed to fulfill its commitments regarding protecting the account and did not take the necessary steps to resolve the harm I experienced. I request a refund of the 2,179.25 TL ($44) I paid, including appropriate interest to account for the lengthy delay, and I expect Gamermarkt to finally provide a clear and definitive resolution to this matter.
