Microsoft Hotmail Account Hacked After 20 Years of Use
I have actively used my d**********@hotmail.com email address for approximately 20 years, but it was taken over by third parties, and I have been completely unable to access my account ever since. I use this email address as my primary account for all of my bank accounts, social media accounts, and many applications and platforms. As a result, losing access to this account has become an extremely serious and risky situation for me.
After the password for my account was changed, I was no longer able to sign in. The people who took over my account added their own devices to my phone and also gained access through my phone to a password management program similar to Aquentor. They used this access to sign in to my email account and change my security information and two-factor authentication methods. Although my 0507******* phone number still appears to be registered to the account, I can no longer use this number to reset my password, and the system does not allow me to recover the account.
I have repeatedly tried every recovery method provided by Microsoft. I followed the password reset procedures, used the alternative password reset and account recovery options, submitted the relevant forms multiple times, and even called customer service. In short, I have tried every option available to me as an end user. However, the automated responses I receive after submitting the forms are not satisfactory and do not provide any concrete solution. I also cannot find a way to reach a representative directly.
I request that Microsoft conduct a detailed investigation and return the account to its rightful owner, me, using my existing phone number or another strong identity verification method, and reset the compromised security information. I urgently need personalized support to recover an email account that I have used for such a long time and that is connected to so many important areas of my life.
