My Kärcher RCV5 Robot Vacuum Won't Connect &Customer Service Unreachable
I bought my RCV5 Robot Vacuum on January 13, 2024, and after two months, it suddenly stopped connecting to the app and has been offline ever since. I reached out to customer service to report the issue, and they quickly opened a ticket. However, I have been unable to get in touch with them since then. I've made several attempts to call throughout the day, but it seems impossible to reach anyone. Occasionally, I find myself waiting for a considerable amount of time, only to have the call abruptly end just as it's my turn. I've attempted to make a call from a landline as well, but unfortunately, I haven't had any success. I've been attempting to contact them for the past four days, but it seems to be an impossible task. I've tried contacting them through various channels, including phone, social media, websites, and even their headquarters in Germany, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response.
