Karcher Sent Me a Faulty Product Twice and Ignored My Service Requests
Experiencing such issues with a brand like Kärcher is truly unacceptable. I’ve been calling customer service for nearly three weeks now, but no one has returned my calls or come to collect the product. The service is extremely inadequate. Previously, they even sent the product back without repairing it, claiming it had been fixed. I eventually had to take the matter to the Consumer Court, and only then did they send a new product. However, that replacement also broke down in less than a year. Although I’ve had the product for two years, I haven’t even been able to use it properly for a full year. It has spent more time in service and shipping than it has with me.
