Kärcher Delivery Delay and Missing Product from Online Order
On April 24, 2024, I purchased a window cleaning machine and a hard floor cleaner from the Karcher website. It took them a week to ship my order. When I contacted, I waited an hour to speak with customer support, only to be informed it would be shipped soon. Finally, only the window washing machine arrived, and it's not even a good one. They did not ship the other item. I'm bewildered as to why only one of the two goods I purchased from the same website was mailed. I tried calling customer service again, but they kept me on hold for the 65th time before disconnecting after another hour. I have never had such horrible service from a company. They are causing individuals to be distressed. No one should shop here, and the company should be closed down.
