Karcher Hasn't Repaired My SC3 Cleaner in 26 Days and Won't Send a Replacement

I dropped off my Karcher SC3 steam cleaner for repairs on September 7, 2024, and even though the 20 business days for the repair have gone by, it still hasn’t been fixed. I reached out to Karcher customer service on the 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th, and 26th to ask for a new replacement product because the legal repair period was up. I haven't heard back or seen any action from Karcher. Today, on the 26th business day, I’ve reached out again to ask for a new product to be sent to me as soon as possible. If my request isn't taken care of and I don't get a new unit soon, I'll have to consider legal action to sort this out.
