Kärcher Ignoring My SC3 Service Request
My Karcher SC3 product has been in service since February 7. The legal repair period has passed, neither the product has arrived nor been informed. I’ve called multiple times and opened several support requests, but all have been ignored. No one even returned to my exchange request. It feels like my issue is being completely overlooked. I just want an apology and a new product after waiting this long. After-sales support should not be this frustrating. But no one pays attention to my request. Zero customer service!
