My Kärcher SC 3 Deluxe Repair Delayed

I purchased a Kärcher SC 3 Deluxe on November 8, 2024, but had to send it in for repair on February 13, 2025, due to an issue with the steam hose extending. The product arrived at the service center on February 17, 2025.
Despite calling customer service three times to request an update, I was repeatedly told that the repair would be completed within 20 business days. However, as of March 14, 2025, that deadline has passed, and I still have no update on my product.
Given the delays and the fact that I have seen similar complaints about this issue, I demand a full refund. Please resolve this matter immediately.

Despite the legal repair period for the product having expired, they returned the product after 30 business days as if nothing had happened, even though I requested a refund. My advice to people who will buy this brand: It is not a brand to be taken inside the door...
