Kärcher Did Not Properly Repair My VC 4 Vacuum - Ignores My Service Requests

The floor attachment of my Karcher VC 4 vacuum cleaner broke, and the dust container's pipe connection point cracked. I sent it to service on 27.01.205, and they sent it back saying it was repaired, but the connection point was still detached. I have been calling customer service for about 2 months and they keep responding with "we have received your request, you will be contacted." I will also make the necessary applications to the legal authorities in Turkey regarding this issue.
