Kärcher Did Not Properly Repair My VC 4 Vacuum - Ignores My Service Requests
The floor attachment of my Karcher VC 4 vacuum cleaner broke, and the dust container's pipe connection point cracked. I ...sent it to service on 27.01.205, and they sent it back saying it was repaired, but the connection point was still detached. I have been calling customer service for about 2 months
