Kärcher Brand Steam Cleaner Dropped Boiling Water On My Face and I Want a Refund

I purchased the product through the "Biggshop" store on the Pazarama app. Shortly after starting to use it, the machine began dripping boiling water on me. Thinking the issue might be with the hood, I first tried the small wire-bristle hood, then the larger surface hood. As I tested both, boiling water continued to splash on my face repeatedly. I want a refund for this product. I've used other steam cleaners before and never experienced anything like this. I trusted Karcher’s quality, but I came very close to having permanent damage to my face.
