I Face Karcher FC7 Floor Cleaner Making Home Smell Bad After Use

I purchased the Karcher FC7 model from a Media Markt store on September 8. When I used the product for the second time, I noticed a very bad odor spreading throughout my home. During the purchase, I was specifically assured that it “would never smell,” but the exact opposite happened — the odor was unbearable and completely ruined the air in my home.

To solve the problem, I ran the self-cleaning function, thoroughly cleaned every part of the device, and used the original Karcher detergent, but nothing worked — the smell persisted. I have the receipt, and I paid around ₺25,000 for this product. I would like to return it. Honestly, I didn’t expect such poor performance from a brand like Karcher — even my old device worked far better.
