Arçelik Failed To Deliver My Home Appliances Order for Two Months
I bought a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher from Erzurum Payveren Arçelik store two months ago. Surprisingly, the products have not been delivered yet, and whenever I reach out to the store, they assure me of specific delivery dates. Unfortunately, I don't receive any responses on those dates, and when I reach out, there is no further communication. It feels like a never-ending cycle of broken commitments, causing me to doubt the level of professionalism from both the staff and the store. This situation is really stressing me out, especially since my wedding is only a week away and I still can't find my belongings.
