Columbia Delayed My Refund for Over a Month After I Returned the Product

On February 27, 2025, I made a purchase at the Columbia store in Carrefour Maltepe Park AVM. The next day, I requested a refund and returned the product because it was too big. Despite the refund amount being ₺6,399.92, they have not yet refunded my payment and informed me that the refund would take between 32 to 40 days. I find it unreasonable to wait over a month for a refund when I returned the product immediately. I needed the refund urgently, and this unexpected delay has caused financial inconvenience. Even though I expressed that this is unacceptable, they insisted it was company policy. I also mentioned that the legal refund period is 14 days, but I could not get any results. I am requesting assistance with this issue.
