I placed an order through the Karaca app, expecting two boxes as part of my purchase. However, only one box was delivered, even though two barcodes were attached to the single box, and both are marked as delivered in the system. This is unacceptable. I have tried multiple times to contact your customer service, but I cannot reach anyone. It feels like you only care until the sale is made, leaving customers to deal with unresolved issues afterward.
