Trendyol Order Issue - Missing Karaca Duvet Set

I ordered two Karaca duvet sets from Trendyol, but only one was delivered, even though the system shows that all orders have been completed. I have been shopping for years under my name and my spouse's name, but this is the first time I have encountered such a fraudulent situation. My order number is 9383856392.
Despite being on vacation at the time, I am listed as the recipient. The fact that two duvet sets were sent as a single item is another issue altogether. I will no longer shop from this company that cannot perform its duties properly. Please do not offer unsolicited advice; dealing with this situation has been frustrating enough. I have never experienced anything like this with Amazon or Hepsiburada. I wish I had never made this purchase.
The item received was a double bed set, while the one that did not arrive but is marked as delivered in their system is the Sarah Anderson Lionel double duvet set.
