My Stanley Quencher H2.0 Developed Rust Despite Proper Use and I Got No Support
On December 13, 2024, I purchased a Stanley The Quencher H2.0 FlowState tumbler from a Karaca store. I’ve used it exclusively for drinking water and followed all care instructions exactly. Despite this, a dark, rust-like stain appeared on the inner bottom surface of the thermos. This is extremely disappointing, especially given the product’s price and Stanley’s reputation.
I documented the issue with clear photos and sent them to Kutupayısı, the distributor, via email. I also called customer service numerous times, but couldn’t get through—calls are either cut off after long music hold times or completely ignored. No one has responded to my complaint.
Stanley claims to offer a lifetime warranty, yet I’ve been met with complete silence. This lack of customer support is unacceptable and has left me frustrated and misled.
