On October 26, I purchased a Karaca Hatır Neo coffee machine for ₺2,380, and when I used it for the first time on October 29, the handle came off in my hand. I immediately went to the store to request an exchange, but they refused to help, so I shipped the product back and requested a refund. Although nearly three weeks have passed since my application with the code SRV-990132-v4n5j, I have received no response, and reaching customer service is almost impossible—when I finally got through once, they only told me to wait. Despite the machine failing on first use and having a two-year warranty, neither the store nor customer service provided any support, and I urgently request a refund as I am extremely dissatisfied with Karaca’s after-sales service and approach to customer satisfaction.
