Recurring Malfunction and Warranty Issue with Karaca Tea Maker


We are experiencing serious issues with the Karaca Çaysever tea machine purchased from the Karaca Venezia store. The first unit we received was defective, and as a result, we requested a replacement. However, approximately one year after receiving the second unit, the handle suddenly detached on its own. We contacted both the Karaca store and the service/return center regarding this issue. Unfortunately, we were informed that only the warranty period of the initial product is considered valid, and therefore the problem with the second unit is not covered under warranty. This led to a negative response from both the store and the service center. We still have the original receipt for the first product. Given that we have encountered two separate issues and that the second product has also suffered from a serious component failure, I kindly request either a replacement of the product or a full refund. I sincerely request that this issue be resolved and that my grievance be addressed accordingly.
