Kappa Rejects Warranty Claim After Sneakers Tear Within Two Weeks
I purchased a pair of Sineker model sneakers from the Kappa store in the Van Yörük Plaza Shopping Mall during the Eid al-Adha holiday period. After wearing the shoes for only about two weeks, tears developed on the inner heel section of both shoes.
Because of this, I handed the product over to the same store for inspection about three weeks ago. After waiting nearly a month, my claim was rejected under the excuse of "user error." Tears forming in the exact same spot on both shoes in such a short time is unacceptable under normal wear and points to a manufacturing defect.
I refuse to accept a "user error" verdict for shoes that deteriorated so quickly. I demand a free replacement with a new pair or, if that is not possible, a full refund.
