Kappa Shoes Developed Deformation—Warranty Claim Unfairly Denied
I purchased a pair of Kappa shoes, but after some time, visible deformation appeared on the toe area, clearly due to poor material quality. Additionally, the other side of the shoe has minor cracks, which will inevitably turn into tears with continued use due to the bending points.
I sent the shoes to Kappa for inspection, expecting a replacement or repair, but they denied my request, claiming the damage was caused by external factors rather than a quality issue. However, I have never played sports, kicked anything, or intentionally damaged the shoes—so how is this my fault?
I demand a fair resolution. Kappa, take responsibility for your product defects! Has anyone else experienced this?
