Kappa Cork Sandals Fall Apart Weeks After Purchase

About two months ago, I bought a pair of Kappa cork-soled sandals from BİM, and two weeks ago, the sides started coming apart during normal wear. Seeing the product fall apart so quickly raised health and safety concerns for me and completely ruined their comfort, making them unwearable.

Even though I reported this issue to Kappa, they refused to acknowledge the defect, leaving my problem unresolved. Experiencing such a defect so shortly after purchase and receiving zero support has been extremely disappointing.

I demand that the sandals be inspected and deemed a defective product, and that Kappa either issue a replacement or, if that is not possible, grant me a full refund.
