Kappa Shoes from Boyner Deformed Quickly—Return Denied


I bought a pair of Kappa shoes from Boyner, and shortly after, they started deforming on the side. I reached out to Boyner customer service, but they took a long time to respond. When they finally did, I returned the shoes for inspection, expecting a fair resolution. However, they rejected my return, claiming it was due to user error, and simply sent the shoes back to me. This is unacceptable! It seems like Boyner and Kappa have perfected the art of dismissing defective product complaints rather than standing behind their products. If I pay for a branded item, I expect quality and accountability. Boyner and Kappa must take responsibility and properly address faulty products!
