I signed up for the Kahoot program as an individual user. I knew I had a 7-day right of cancellation, and after only one day of use, I deleted my account and logged out. Despite this, the company failed to cancel my membership and unfairly withdrew ₺4,999 from my card.
This is unacceptable. I clearly deleted the account and logged out, yet the subscription was never canceled. Customers should not be trapped into unauthorized charges after exercising their right of cancellation.
I am demanding an immediate refund of ₺4,999. If my money is not returned promptly, I will pursue all available legal remedies. I also question why QNB Bank allowed this unauthorized withdrawal to go through in the first place.
Kahoot must act responsibly and issue a full refund without delay.
