Unauthorized Kahoot Purchase On Google Play, Refund Request

Money was withdrawn from my account through Google Play for what is claimed to be a purchase in the Kahoot app. I want to make it clear that I never made such a purchase, and I have no knowledge of it.

I only logged into Kahoot because my teacher asked us to view the materials she uploaded. I never used the app in any other way, nor did I request any paid features. Even my teacher confirmed that she has never seen any purchase issues like this before. I have no idea how this transaction happened, and I certainly did not authorize it.

I demand that this unauthorized purchase be canceled and my money refunded immediately. I do not need or want any paid Kahoot services. If this matter is not resolved quickly, I will escalate it by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursuing all legal actions available to me.
