On January 19, 2025, I purchased a character through the Kahoot!+ Start app using my account (a*******@icloud.com**). However, when I tried to restore my purchases, the character I bought never appeared in the app. Instead, I received an error message saying I should contact the app developer.

The problem is that the developer is a foreign company and does not understand my complaint. I also reported the issue to Apple in full detail, but my refund request was denied. As a result, I ended up paying ₺229.99 for an app that I no longer use and have already uninstalled from my phone.

This situation is unacceptable. I paid for a digital product that was never delivered, and Apple has failed to provide a refund despite clear evidence. I am demanding a full refund of ₺229.99 and a proper resolution to ensure customers are not left paying for unusable in-app purchases.
