Multiple Unauthorized Google Helppay Transactions on Credit Card
I recently discovered that a total of $35 (1,014.67 TRY) was withdrawn from my İş Bank credit card without my knowledge or consent under the name Google Helppay. The cardholder is H**** Y***** (card ending in 8072)**, and the transactions were processed through the Organized Industrial Branch in Antalya.
Even though I have no active subscriptions or registered services, multiple unauthorized charges have occurred on different dates:
May 30: $1 (24.90 TRY)
June 29: $1 (24.90 TRY)
July 28: $29 (839.99 TRY)
July 29: $1 (24.90 TRY)
August 29: $2 (49.99 TRY)
September 29: $2 (49.99 TRY)
These transactions were made entirely without my authorization. My card has never been lost, stolen, or shared with anyone.
I have not yet contacted the bank or Google but expect immediate action to stop any further unauthorized charges and a full refund of all withdrawn amounts. I urge both parties to investigate how these fraudulent transactions were processed without my approval.
