I Ask Justdone To Give Me A Refund
I purchased a service from Justdone through its website using the “Buy with PayPal” option. Initially, I paid 2 dollars for a paper, and then, on 2026-04-21 at 08:11 PM, an additional 39.99 dollars was withdrawn from my bank account for the “Unlimited Monthly Plan” without my clear permission or intention to use this subscription. I did not use the functions of this plan at all. On the same day, I submitted a refund request, but I received a response stating that the payment is non-refundable. This situation is unfair, as I did not actively use the service and did not knowingly agree to such a charge for a monthly plan. I kindly request the cancellation of the Unlimited Monthly Plan subscription and a full refund of the 39.99 dollars charged to my account.
