I Can’t Track My Joom Men’s Watch Order and Still Haven’t Received It Since March

On March 30, I placed an order on Joom for a men’s wristwatch as a gift for my husband. About two weeks later, I received an email notification stating that the order had shipped. However, since then, I haven’t been able to track the shipment or get any reliable updates.
Every time I click the provided tracking link or the “Check Your Order” button, I get the same error message: “An error occurred.” This has been ongoing for weeks, and it’s completely unacceptable. I’ve received no updates, no delivery, and no way to reach anyone for a proper status check.
I am now demanding that Joom either deliver the watch immediately or refund me the full amount I paid. It should not take months to ship a simple item, and customers should not be left in the dark without proper tracking. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
