Jobseeker Monthly Subscription Charged Unexpectedly

228

I recently used the Jobseeker CV template service and paid for what I understood to be a 14‑day option. However, on 20 February, an amount of R299.99 was deducted from my Capitec main account as a monthly subscription, with the reference “Jobseeker EbPeHMHx Amsterdam NL”. I did not intend to subscribe to a monthly plan and only wanted to pay for 14 days. As soon as I noticed this deduction, I immediately cancelled the subscription the same day by unsubscribing through their platform. I also tried to find a WhatsApp number or phone number to contact Jobseeker support, but I could not find any contact details, which is why I am submitting this complaint. I request a full refund of the R299.99 that was charged as a monthly subscription and confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my account in the future.
