On 30 January 2026, I noticed a completely unexpected transaction on my Mastercard for $20.19 paid to “Jobseeker FQmQOpMt Amsterdam NLD” with transaction ID IP260130.0257.T0587526. I have never created an account, trial, or subscription with Jobseeker and did not authorize this payment in any way. After seeing this charge, I contacted my bank, but I have not yet received any response or explanation regarding the transaction. At the moment, I am very concerned that my card details may have been used without my consent. I request a full refund of the money that was charged without my authorization and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been started in my name. I also ask for this transaction to be investigated and for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
