Jobseeker Charges €35.64 Monthly Without Clear Consent

I used the Jobseeker service to create three separate CVs, one for myself, one for my husband, and one for my son, and I paid individually each time, only with the intention of making those CVs. I did not want or knowingly agree to any ongoing subscription. Despite this, Jobseeker has been taking €35.64 per month from my account without my consent. So far, I can see three payments of €35.64 taken, including today’s transaction. I was not clearly informed that a recurring subscription would be started, and I only intended to pay for the CV creation, not for a monthly service. I request that Jobseeker immediately cancel any subscription linked to my email address benita.ban**@gmail.com, and refund all three monthly payments of €35.64 that have been charged so far. I would like written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further money will be taken from my account.
