My Jeep Renegade, with only 25,000 kilometers on the clock and an active warranty, has a peeled steering wheel. Surprisingly, Jeep refuses to acknowledge this problem under warranty. This approach is a far cry from the Jeep brand's reputation and quality. It's disappointing that a brand with such a strong image would be so unresponsive. When purchasing a vehicle, it is critical to select brands that stand behind their products in the event of a defect. Unfortunately, it appears that we made a mistake in selecting Jeep. They have failed to support their faulty product, provide a solution, or honor their warranty obligations. This experience emphasizes the importance of choosing brands that prioritize customer satisfaction and keep their promises.
