Opel Combo Ultimate XL Steering Wheel Leather Rippling Not Accepted

On my 2024 Opel Combo Ultimate XL, I noticed that the leather on the steering wheel had started to ripple just as I took the car for its 15,000 km maintenance. My vehicle has a heated steering wheel, and despite the car being under warranty, the Mepa Opel Authorized Service evaluated this issue as “normal,” which surprised me. Even though the technician at the service center saw the problem with his own eyes, he claimed that this could also happen in brand-new vehicles. However, when we looked at new cars at the dealership together, it was clear that none of them had this issue. I even mentioned that someone I know with a vehicle plate 34kzf948 had their steering wheel replaced under warranty for the same problem, yet Mepa Opel Authorized Service refuses to acknowledge the issue or the material defect. I am certain that this situation is not normal, and I am requesting that this defect, clearly caused by a faulty part, be resolved under warranty. I want the steering wheel replaced, and I do not accept being told that this is normal or having my concern dismissed. I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
