I have been experiencing ongoing problems with my 2021 Jeep Compass (license plate: ** EY 2151) — specifically with the steering rack, panoramic roof seals, and transmission — for nearly a year. Although all maintenance has been carried out at authorized service centers, Jeep Türkiye excluded my vehicle from warranty coverage simply because the 45,000 km service was performed at an authorized Jeep service in Greece. However, a repair performed at 67,000 km, only 8 months ago, was accepted under warranty.
Even though I previously submitted the required documents regarding the 45,000 km maintenance to Otokoç, they asked for them again. I resent the documents, yet I still have not received a response.
The part replaced 8 months ago has failed again. Despite the fact that replaced parts must carry a 12-month warranty, Jeep has refused to approve the replacement. I’ve been dealing with this issue for 3 months and have been unable to reach anyone who can provide a resolution. Even if a part fails within 3 months, there is no one who answers or takes responsibility. On top of all this, I am now facing potential repair costs exceeding $226 due to the transmission issue.
I have not received the support I expected from Jeep or TOFAŞ. I request that my grievance be resolved and that the defective parts be replaced free of charge under warranty.
