mSpy Android Subscription Stopped Working After One Day

Three days ago, on Sunday morning, I purchased an mSpy subscription for an Android device using the email address jpj280***@gmail.com. Of those three days, the service only worked for one day and only for a short period. Since then, it has stopped sending data, even though the phone has an internet connection and I have been able to exchange messages from it. Today a message appeared in the panel indicating that the app is no longer providing data, supposedly because there is no internet connection on the device or because an antivirus has uninstalled the application. However, the phone clearly does have an active connection. In addition, I recently received an email from mSpy saying that I must reinstall the application on the phone, but I no longer have access to that device, so this instruction is impossible for me to follow. I contacted mSpy support; the chat started in Spanish, then switched to English, and I did not receive a clear solution. The only thing they told me was that I needed to purchase the most expensive membership for the service to work, even though at no time was it clearly explained before payment that each function is charged separately and that an additional, more expensive plan would be required. Given that the service stopped working after only a short time and I can no longer reinstall the app on the device, I request that mSpy upgrade my plan to the membership they say is necessary, without any extra cost, and ensure that all the functions I already paid for are activated without additional charges.
