Sugo Android App Messages Not Sending

I am using the Sugo app on an Android phone and for a while now the messaging feature has not been working at all. My messages are not sending under any circumstances, and this problem occurs all the time, not just occasionally, which prevents me from using the app as intended. I contacted Sugo customer support about this issue, but I did not receive any effective help and the problem still continues in the same way. This situation is both frustrating and damaging to my trust in the service. I request that this error in the messaging feature be identified and fixed urgently so that I can reliably send messages again through the Sugo app.
