eDreams Incorrect Charges - Request Refund
I am writing regarding unauthorized charges for an eDreams Prime subscription linked to my recent flight booking with booking reference 24747866398. I have been charged for a Prime subscription that I did not knowingly subscribe to and did not agree to pay this amount. On 25/03/2026, an amount of R229.00 was debited from my account for eDreams Prime, and again on 25/04/2026 a further R229.00 was taken. I do not recall authorizing any paid Prime subscription during my flight booking process, and I was not clearly informed that such recurring charges would be made. I contacted eDreams by phone to resolve this, but I was told to call back in a few days and no concrete solution was provided. In the meantime, these amounts have already been taken from my account. I kindly request that the Prime subscription associated with my booking be cancelled immediately, that both charges of R229.00 dated 25/03/2026 and 25/04/2026 be fully refunded, and that you confirm in writing that no further debits will be made from my account in relation to eDreams Prime.
