Jeep Avenger EV Keeps Stalling in Traffic

My Jeep Avenger Electric vehicle has stalled multiple times in traffic, even though it is less than one year old. The most recent incident occurred on October 21. Each time, I took the car to Bilen Otomotiv Jeep Authorized Service in Adana, but despite being serviced repeatedly, the problem has never been resolved.

I also contacted customer service during this process, but I never received any response. Although the vehicle is still under warranty, I was forced to pay a total of $228 in service fees, in addition to the inconvenience and safety risks I’ve experienced.

Because the issue continues to occur and has not been resolved, I am requesting a refund of the service fees I paid as well as a full refund of the vehicle’s purchase price.
